Dear Friends and Neighbors,

I am Ray Malnar, Glendale City Councilman for Sahuaro District.

I was first elected as councilman in the November 3rd, 2015, recall election for a one-year term and then re-elected for two, four-year terms on August 30, 2016, and August 4, 2020.

My pledge is to provide residents a close connection to their district representation, and to honor the needs and expectations they have expressed. I promise to work together with constituents, council members, staff, and the business community to improve our financial health and our city infrastructure.
